World Environment Day

Each year, Eldora participates in World Environment Day through the United Nations Staff Restaurant.

In addition to quality, we care about the environmental impact of our activity, and we take the necessary measures to reduce it.

Eldora has developed a sustainability report that includes, among other information, the company's environmental indicators, in compliance with the 2013 guidelines of the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and ISO 26000.

We bear the ISO 14001 label, and we strive to reduce our environmental impact to a minimum. Through Eldora's good practices and our environmentally friendly commitments, we actively contribute to upholding the Zero Waste principle.

Our 2018 environmental commitments

We guarantee the traceability of every ingredient of every meal.

We train our teams to uphold eco-friendly values : purchasing, cooking, working and sorting waste in an environmentally friendly way.
